Or so says
Aos (channeling Jack Kirby) in
his review of the
Weird Adventures pdf. Well, the same advice applies, I'm sure, to the now available hardcover and softcover versions.
Head over to
RPGNow (or
Drivethrurpg, whichever) and order your copy today. It will change your life! In a fairly minor way, most likely--but I'm sure it will be positive.
Don't (just) take my word for it. Read
this review at
Fame & Fortune and
this one from the
Armchair Gamer.
Whiskey not included.
(
Oh, and as I mentioned yesterday. If you bought the pdf prior to the release of the hardcopy, and you now want a hardcopy, contact me for your discount. Some restrictions apply. Void in the Outer Planes.)
I want to but do I need it, does it apply to what I do......
ReplyDeleteWell, wargaming probably not...But I have heard it makes you more attractive to woman, and probably taller. That's just what I've heard. ;)
ReplyDeleteIn a minor way, that's it? I guess, maybe I'm sold..haha
ReplyDeleteI did my best to order... but RPGNow just won't let me. It demanded that I enter my state several times, and now it keeps demanding I enter my credit card info. Over and over and over, telling me each time to "Please select a payment method for your order."
ReplyDeleteI'll try again later, but wow, for a web business you'd think RPGNow would do a little more QA on their website.
SOLD. Screw the discount. If you put it out on 8-track I'd buy that too.
ReplyDelete@Pat - That's disconcerting. :\ I hope you have better luck later.
ReplyDelete@Booberry - Coming soon: Weird Adventures 8-track tape! ;D
Ohhh Print and PDF bundle deal!! Sold!
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess I'll just buy it again then. that's a great price on the soft cover.
ReplyDeleteRPGnow decided to start working for me - hardcopy on its way!
ReplyDeleteOrder placed! Can't wait to get the hardcover in the mail!
ReplyDeleteWord verification: Conan!
I hope you guys enjoy it.
ReplyDelete@James - It's a sign! ;)
Hot dog. We got ours.
ReplyDeleteGot it! Hardcover and PDF combo. Downloaded the PDF and psyched to read it soon. Can't wait for the hard cover. :)
ReplyDeleteOrdered, and now I don't want to work on my own homebrew setting any more. I just want to run the Strange New World!

@George - Thanks. You'll have to let me know what you think once you dig in.
ReplyDelete@Bill - Thanks, Bill. But hey, don't neglect that setting you've got going there too much. :)
