Want A Science Fiction Adventure?

Last night I ran my first Starships & Spacemen: Star Trek game. Rather than do a post-play write-up, I thought it would be more interesting and maybe useful for people to turn it into a sort of mini-module.

So here it is.

It's suitable for any science fiction game, really, but assumes Star Trekian universe.

  1. Very cool!

Thanks so much for this. I have been wanting to try out S&S sometime soon and this looks perfect to do that!

  2. Thanks Tim. I left it fairly "stat free" so that it could be used with anything, but if there's a point where the S&S mechanic isn't obvious or you want to know what I did, just let me know.

Did you make that title screen yourself?

  4. I did yeah, with my meager skills.

  5. Turning your session notes into a free RPG product is incredibly generous, Trey. Thank you.

Did you tweak anything from the playtest?

  6. You're welcome. I actually played it slightly differently. I gave the player's the info on the drug a little earlier than I have it hear, but I felt like that made already suspicion PCs ready to go in guns blazing too early. I feel like that being something only the ship can tell them slows things a bit and makes them dig a little harder.

  7. Awesome. Going to hold onto this for future games of Where No Man Has Gone Before.
