Why is Mortengersturm Upset?

After this week's mailing, there are only about 9 copies of Mortzengersturm, The Mad Manticore of the Prismatic Peak still available in print. If you were thinking about getting it, you may want to go ahead. There probably won't be another printing for while.

If you've been on the fence check out these reviews:
Gnone Stew
EnWorld
Zardoz the Magnificent
Tales of the Grotesque & Dungeonesque
Dungeon of Signs

Sholtis needs to make this a d12 table.

I just read my PDF copy and am seriously considering ordering this in print. I love the tone, the art, the format, everything. Is there any hope for a Land Of Azurth Gazetteer? Because the teaser at the end is not enough for me. I want more!

@Will - Ha! No doubt.
@Riviera - Glad you enjoyed it! There's a chance a fuller Azurth Encycloopedia is in the works at some point. Until then, maybe the latest pdf of the Dictionary of Azurth will tide you over.

Just came here because of the URL on the last page of the book. I really enjoyed reading it! I don't know if I would ever run it straight -- it's going on 30 years since I last GMed a d20-style game -- but I suspect I'll be raiding it for fun bits for years.

Excellent! I hope you stick around. There's a lot of Land of Azurth stuff here, and other stuff, too!

I've been making my way through the blog archives. Love the Azurth stuff, Again the Giants, loads of great ideas. Part of me thinks it's wasted on D&D. The other part of me heard his 8yo ask to learn D&D this morning, and is just sad there isn't enough Azurth to start him there yet! (Playing around with starting him off with a rules light Rick Riordan modern demi-gods game instead.)

Thanks! More is on the way. I hope to have the Azurth Adventure Digest out by the fall which will have the Candy Isle mini-adventure in it.

I look forward to more.

In the meantime, I'm starting to think Mortzengersturm maybe would work well as the ambassador from the nearby world Azurth in a Lords of Gossamer and Shadow game...

@Trey- That does help with the wait! Thanks again for all your hard work.

@SF - I think that would work!
@Riveroa - You're most welcome
