Audience with A Dragon

I'm having intermittent internet connectivity problems, but it's working at the moment.  Long enough for me to post this illustration of an adventuring group in the eldritch future of the Planet of the Elves of an adventuring party in consultation with a smartly dressed dragon.

The art is by Bobby Timony who was the artist on the whimiscal, 1920s occult detective comic strip Night Owls for Zuda.

trey,
generally i am not one to give any tech advice, but i have been having intermittant connectivity problems as well. there is a power saving setting on some routers that should be turned off via Windows network settings. i'm assuming you're using windows. if not, discard my advice. btw-great picture.

Are dragons why there are no humans anymore?

Were humans too tasty? Like bacon for dragons?

@swevishdelver - I'll check that out. The weird thing was, it was ok until there were some server outages last week and then I kept having the problem which my provider says is on my end and has given various explanations for. Maybe some settings got changed.

@SAROE - That's possible. Though I think humans played a part in there own extinction.

trey,
you could also try going back to a previous restore point before you started having problems. sometimes, it's an update that creates problems. believe me, i went through the whole phone tag thing with both my service provider and microsoft. since i changed that power saver setting, i've been good. take care.

They may be having problems on their end and just not be aware of it. Are there any other friends you have who are on the same network who you might be able to verify whether they are having similar connectivity problems?

That Timony art! Man! I really dig it. It looks so fluid and whimsical!

That Dragon reminds me of Granymere from He-Man & MOTU episodes. The helmet is wat does it. Excellent pic.

@Doomsdave - The original minicomic incarnation of the character as drawn by Alfredo Alcala was an inspiration here.
